has an extensive active file of Buyers/Developers to introduce to
Sellers as properties become available.
Leasing Management:

Exchange provides complete Lease Management Services to
retail companies or individuals. Possible assignments include
monitoring companies’ existing leases, negotiating lease extensions
/ renewals and consulting on the fair market values of existing
